Excellent course and well taught, great involvement with all students
Richard was excellent. Clearly knowledgeable and clear in delivery. He answered a questions and took time to find answers not so readily available. Course length, pace and content was also very good.

The trainer had extensive knowledge, had a confident and engaging delivery style. The training was pitched at the right level and the examples used were really helpful in allowing participants to apply powers and key points to real life cases and to make sure nothing gets missed in preparation of s16 POCA statements.

An excellent one day course in courtroom skills and training. I particularly learnt how to address everyone in court, who to look at and how to recognise and deal with cross examination techniques in order to maintain the confidence of the court. This will assist me greatly in not feeling so overwhelmed by the whole experience when it arises so that I am able to perform at my best for the case.
Thanks very much I found it to be very useful especially being newly qualified I also found some reassurance that my documentation is good but also how to improve it to be better.
