Only thing I would say as a slight criticism is I wouldn't read through booklet word for word as it's time consuming and we have had the course content in advance.

I think this course can be condensed into one day or two half days.

I would like that this course is done as a refresher course every year or bi- year for all category of health professionals in the Trust

I really enjoyed the course. It was very relevant to my role, facilitated good discussion which expanded learning and we were provided with real examples of things the tutor had dealt with that brought the course to life and aided understanding.

Thank you NE for putting this on. The use of cross examination was really interesting and how to reduce additional queries.
