Trainer was great, made what could be quite a mundane course, very interesting and made the day go very quickly. The interactive sides of the day were very helpful and informative. She gave us a lot of general knowledge to apply to all future experiences within court environments. I could not have asked for any more.

The course would benefit from being split into at 'beginner' and 'advanced' level R&C. For those who have been doing R&C for a while it was at times rather basic but for beginners the material would be valuable. Reduce the amount of case law. Although it is useful 118 slides were rather a lot

Neil delivered the training professionally and made it interesting. He welcomed questions. The interaction activity was enjoyable and eye opening in that it’s interesting to see how different individuals interpret situations. Great learning experience for me.
