Enjoyed the 2 days. Facilitator knowledgeable. Good case histories which gave good context into the subject matter. A nice mix of people and so gave insight into others roles. Lots of technical issues at the beginning of the 1st day (day 3) and then frequently issues with tech that day, slides not loading, having to be resent link. Recognise not trainers fault but very frustrating. Wasn't always sure the task when sent to break out but overall a god opportunity to explore issues in a smaller group.

Our role is very bespoke and the commercial negotiating from the course was very broad. However, the underlying skill's taught were very good and can be used in what we do every day - very refreshing and interesting from some of the negotiating courses I have attended. Really made to think about what to do and beyond what is immediately in front of you
