Rhoda brings everything to live and makes the sessions really engaging and fun, with real life examples. The courtroom exercise really helped practice what we’d learned and having Howard in was brilliant!

I was unable to attend on day 2 of the course and Ray made time to bring me up to speed the next day which I hugely appreciated.
