The course has fully met my needs to gain an insight into courtroom skills and how to be cross examined and what to expect. The role play was really useful and gave me an indication of the role of the judge as well and how the information from the expert is used to help the judge make their decision.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and has good examples of practice. The trainer remained compassionate and child centred in the training. Francesca gave good advice on using legislation to challenge MASH decisions to not accept for a CAF. The trainer was very engaging and brought everyone into discussion.
Really enjoyed it, thank you. I feel way more confident now and will be putting my learning into practice.
Overall I thought the training was excellent, very relevant and applicable to my role and the trainer made the training very interesting and facilitated really interesting discussions.
