This was a great training session. Max delivered this really well. He explained in a way which was easy to understand and he encouraged discussion throughout. I feel much more confident now in the challenges and disputes as a local authority we need to pursue.

Whilst the content and definitions are not new to me, the way I was trained previously was rushed and not consolidated. I actually understand how to practically apply the disclosure test and how the schedules work. I was incredibly impressed with the relevant case studies and examples as previously the sessions have been delivered by people who had maybe a level 3 teaching qualification and just provided war stories. I was impressed at how interactive the sessions were and how captivating Jim Sullivan made the content. I really feel confident to use it now, which I never have before. The pace was also fantastic and I've always worried my dyspraxia was holding me back, but actually it was the delivery. Massively neurodiverse inclusive.

This was the final of four courses for the UABS certification process. The overall experience has been enlightening and rewarding. I now feel confident to make myself available to act as an expert witness, and will ensure i return for regular CPD. I have already registered for the Discussions between experts course in November.
