Very well constructed and beneficial course. I would have liked to seen more HMRC examples and case studies to consolidate my knowledge and understanding. Would have been good to go off into Teams rooms to chat on the exercises and any additional case studies too.

I have scored myself as 8 after the course as I will need to consider whether this has increased my ability in practice. I also recognise that I am not an expert into some of the legalities. The trainer showed an expert knowledge and was open to questions, learning, consideration of attendee's practice. Thank you

thank you - this was very useful and helpful to pause and reflect on the role of signatory highlighting the standards required to fulfil the role. Sue gave lots of helpful advice and guidance on the various parts of the role and responsibilities, refreshed me on relevant case law and clearly evidenced when and where to apply it. Feel a lot more confident moving forward.
