Sue was very informative, I wish we could employ her to help us with all our cases. She related subjects to our issues and was aware of our ongoing plight in Cornwall. Would highly recommend the course for colleagues.
Very good 2 days. Provided good overview of the issues which was very well supplemented by practical examples from the commissioning organisation.
Jim was enaging and created a calm and relaxed environment to learn the complex nature of Investigation Interviews. He presented at a speed which was just right and ensured understanding before moving onto other difficult subjects. This has given me a confidence to conduct Investigation Interviews which will be thorough.
I found this course very relevant to my Job role. The trainer Jim has a brilliant teaching style , the time went very quickly.

Richard was excellent and took quite a dry topic and made it interesting and relatable. I would be more than happy to attend another course where Richard is the trainer as I found him really engaging.
As previously stated Patrick (ably supported by Elin and her team) had great communications skills, was extremely knowledgeable and imparted his knowledge in a really helpful and reassuring way. He was extremely approachable and encouraging of all participants which made the two days very enjoyable.
