A brilliant course, with excellent facilitation by Paul which suited my style. The group was great and I've learned lots from others too in small break out groups. Given plenty of time for activities and clear explanations as to what we were trying to achieve. All in all a brilliant first 2 days of the course. We only had Paul as our trainer, so apologies i couldn't remove Sue's score but can you please disregard it.

Very useful report especially once you have started writing some reports and have something to refer to.

Neil is clearly very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He offered extremely valuable insights, and challenged delegates appropriately as they interacted throughout the course, maintaining a fair and consistent approach throughout the course. I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to learn from him and hope to do so more in the future.

This was an excellent day, and I thought Richard Stone delivered it very well. Addressed people being from a variety of different areas/specialisms well. Kept to time very well. Answered questions with understanding and knowledge. Would happily recommend to colleagues in similar position.

Very direct and succinct. Nick was extremely helpful and respectful towards all the questions, very knowledgeable. I know that I will apply this in the future to a lot of work related reports and it was extremely relevant to medical report writing. Thank you!

I found this skills day to be very useful for my role as I am relatively new to the police force and have not attended court as of yet. So being able to have this knowledge before attending has helped build my confidence for when I am required in court. I feel that as a student, I would of benefited from this day, earlier on in my course.

I found the day valuable and very informative.

Case scenarios shared prior to the training and these were not discussed. However case examples mentioned through out as relevant. Trainer is very passionate about the subject and this has transferred in the delivery of the course. I am particularly interested in MCA and this has been nurtured further. References and Time management were at high standards

Very good training which gave me a better understanding of the MCA and HRA. the Executive functioning was new knowledge to myself and this has helped me identify that a lot of our clients fall into this category of having capacity on the surface but unable to carry out tasks which would benefit themselves or reduce the risks to themselves.
