The training was very well delivered, the content was incredibly detailed and questions were answered in full and with understanding. The training has not only given me the knowledge required to answer the assessment questions but also bring further skills and knowledge into my role.

Tim was excellent at delivering this course, he is extremely knowledgeable in this area and was able to apply examples to a wide range of job roles within the training course. Tim was very personable and his teaching style was excellent in delivering the topic. I believe everyone has benefitted massively from this course, especially with Tim's expertise and lived experience.

A fast paced course (inevitably because of the amount of information to be covered) which didn't allow much time for reflection during the day. Afterwards, there were several questions that I would have liked to ask but too late by then! So glad that I chose Bond Solon and I will definitely be considering signing up for other courses in the future.

Excellent, very informative and interesting. A great foundation in US employment law. Helpful in spotting 'risk' areas and signposting state laws.

Always find role plays awkward, could maybe be better if broken down into smaller groups

Really enjoyed the course, Tim made it informative but fun at the same time. His wealth of knowledge and experience really shows, he is able to apply his skill set to a mixed class room of officers working at different levels.

I really enjoyed this course, there was role play and scenario based exercises which made it engaging. Tim was also really engaging throughout and answered all question thourghly with examples to help people of different abilities to understand.
