Paul was a brilliant trainer and gave everyone the time and space to have an input into the session. He very clearly articulated the aims and objectives of the session and made me feel at ease with his delivery style. He came across as very personable and friendly while still remaining professional and to the point. He adapted slightly the content of the course to better tailor it towards the needs of the group, given he had received very little regarding this from the FCA.

I think it would be beneficial for Bond Solon to have a insolvency service trainer present to be able to link the course to our role as it was difficult for him to be able to answer some questions we have which is no fault of his. I also think the Insolvency Service need to provide better examples or let the trainer know what issues are part of the case and what are just general errors. Some cases had missing documents or errors throughout and it was unclear if that was part of the case or just an error.
