I was not aware of CHC process and how it worked as it was for 'very complex' cases. With the course I will be able to advocate for any cases and the need to use the CHC for their best interest

It was a wonderful detailed course. However we had less time to complete the case studies during the session. Splitting up to two days can be helpful where the case studies can be completed

wonderful session and very informative.

I sadly don't incorporate Advocacy into my own role, but I thoroughly enjoyed Stephanie's class. She was incredibly enthusiastic and competent at teaching the facets of this module, and would have enjoyed doing more classes.

Steph was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. She provided many practical tips from her own personal experience as an advocate which was really useful. She was patient, allowing us time to practice the skills that we were learning about and constructive in her individual feedback. Many thanks for a great couple of days.

Nick taught the course in an interesting and easy to follow manner. By providing real life examples, specifically those that relate to our field of work, Nick helped many of us with limited knowledge in the field effectively understand and learn new terminology, roles, and processes within litigations.

The course did not directly relate to my role but that was expected. However the training was very different to anything I have had before and I learnt some very useful skills.
