The course was really helpful and reflective, I think Paul delivered really well and I enjoyed the course.
Struggled somewhat with the relevancy of the case study. However, overall found the course to be useful
The Trainer delivered the course in a professional manner, presenting the content in a clear, engaging and knowledgeable way, while also demonstrating professionalism in communication and conduct. It was a practical and interesting course.
Very interesting course, well presented by an enthusiastic and patient instructor, with opportunities for group work and reflection
very enjoyable day for what is quite a dry subject - it's a credit to our trainer Ren that it didn't feel it though! the focus on 'where to find things' as opposed to just inflicting a torrent of information was definitely a better way to do things. all in all a very worthwhile course.
Very much enjoyed the course and found it very useful for practice.
Great training. Really interesting and I learnt a lot
