great balance between the practicals, being spoken to and the use of slides. good interaction and the pace was pitched well.
Really engaging and interesting course. My one complaint has nothing to do with the trainer, but my connection struggled with the 'breakout' rooms and I sometimes couldn't see videos and had to keep logging out/logging back in.
I thought the trainer was excellent. He set a good pace and established clear techniques and principles we could use. We are a mixed group with different levels of experience which he adapted to over the two days. Overall I would say the course was most useful to beginner - mid level investigators.
Very well organised and very informative information.
A very useful course if you are planning to be an expert witness
- Appreciated the change to the case example to fraud and corruption which is more relevant to the role. Tim looked to address this straight away which made a difference at the end when various models were being tested. - Liked the linkage back to key principles and ethics of interviewing - interview outcomes important but emphasis on the 'how' and ethical baseline critical.
Great course - content and trainer were excellent.
I found the course really interesting. Liane's delivery was excellent, the pace of the course was good, I found the Rooms to discuss / work through the activities really useful.
The pace and delivery style of the trainer was relaxed, inclusive and had a great mixture of humour and core knowledge and experience which was well communicated. He listened and responded to individual contributions to the discussion and helped to make everyone feel included and valued within the group.
