I really enjoyed this course and feel it will be valuable to my investigation of cases going forward, I feel we have only just touched the surface though, a longer course would have worked well. I enjoy the practical side and would have liked more opportunities to have scenarios where we can use the tools to investigate the outcome like the scenarios we did on the final day.. CRIB sheets will be created and i am very happy i volunteered for this course. i think i will take quite a bit away with me. Thankyou

This has been the 1st training I have had on presenting after performing the role for over 12 months and stumbling along. I've now got structure and balance in how to go forward and improve a) my presentations and b) How I deliver them.

The only critique that I'd have as the material didn't mention how the legal proceedings would work in Scotland, as there are people on the course who work in that location.

The content appeared to be tailored to suit and will certainly help in my daily role. The facilitator was great and personable and extremely knowledgeable in the subject and able to make it easy to follow The guides and slides were excellently put together and will be a great source to refer to going forwards.

I enjoyed the course content and delivery very much and will use the information provided to help our customers.

Really solid knowledge and presentation, taking note to case studies that help present and build empathy with the individuals we support.
