Very good overview and introduction to EL in relation to investigations. As an experienced HR practitioner, I was hoping for a higher level of debate and content on this level 7 course so I could really learn the nitty, gritty. This was not the fault of the trainer (who was very good) but she had to gear it to the majority of the group who were new to EL.
Patrick was a really knowledgeable trainer. He explained everything very clearly, punctuated with helpful examples or quotes that contextualised what he was talking about. There were some interesting practice segments that gave you a chance to apply the theories we were looking at, see what you were doing right or wrong, and look at what others were doing. It was fun and engaging too.

Jim, Brilliant trainer, great pace, very knowledgeable with very good real life working examples, the case study at the end was a great way to implement the course subject into practice.
