Very relevant to the role. The trainer had good knowledge of specific questions a CSI may face in relation to ISO and technical questions.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course. The instructor was full of knowledge and many interesting stories. Very relatable to our role as a csi. Definitely reduced the anxiety and stress about attending court in the future.

Really loved this workshop, very interesting, touched on alot of things, everyone will find a few things that will stand out to them more and apply to them directly. One thing for me is how Trust kills Fear, and I hope to apply that to my personal life.
course was informative and opened up the conversations about topics I hadn't heard about like TA and BATNA, would've also liked to see more cases applying what we'd learnt to scenarios where we've identified customers who meet characteristics we'd discussed and what how that affects negotiations
Overall it was a very insightful session, quite elaborate and covers every aspect of effective negotiation for both the workplace and everyday life, learnt new techniques which I will definitely be putting into practice.
