The course presenter was well-prepared for the role play and fully committed to the task, playing a very tough character. He really challenged me and pushed me to the edge at times, which helped me learn how to handle pushbacks and navigate difficult conversations more confidently. I genuinely enjoyed the experience and found it incredibly valuable.
Today was very engaging and helpful information I will be applying to work and outside of work. The insights helped, helped me self reflect and where I am. (I am definitely yellow). Really enjoyed the course. The content was really well laid out and lots of things i can take back to implement it. The decision matrix was also very interesting which i will use. My key takeaway about confidence=Trust is something very valuable which i will help to develop my kids confidence.
The Effective Decision Making course was interesting and insightful. James delivered the content in a very clear and engaging way, He helped us put the theory into practice in the team setting which help bring it to life for us. The definitions on the content were useful, considering the wide number of "biases" that people bring. Also, the tools for us to explore further like - 7 stages of decision and 6 thinking hats were really useful. These can be applied to our work both in the BAU and, can be equally adapted to when we need to think about decision making for our internal change and improvements in our teams...
Excellent course and presenting from James, kept the audience engaged on a hot sunny day. Where everyone was able to take away at least 2 - 3 pieces of information that is applicable.
