Alister was really informative and good discussion points brought up but shame this is mainly theoretical and little in respect of how this can be implemented in a real setting,
Susan was a very well informed in record keeping and facilitated the session in a way that everyone could contribute
The specific scenarios were super important in making the law relevant to BAU work. Discussions around the cases (and also slightly off piste) from the facilitator and the more experienced RBIs in the room were very useful. I still find legal writing difficult to fully understand due to the format it is written.
David was an outstanding facilitator. He was respectful of the knowledge and experience participants already possessed and created a psychologically safe environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing. His use of relatable examples, combined with his extensive subject matter expertise, made the learning both engaging and relevant. The course was expertly delivered and provided valuable insights that I can immediately apply in practice. He was also a fantastic actor in the role play.
Enjoyed. Presenter was A1. Duration was a touch long. Could do with cutting down to 75% duration.
Quite a lot of ground to cover, difficult legal language to understand, much navigating between documents which causing frustration regarding tech issues
Training was good, Trainer was great, very practical examples to work with. Very relatable to my job role hence i can adapt them. materials were easy to understand. Amazing session, it was an eye opener.
I feel this input has been very helpful with structing my evidence and my court room skills.
