Going through the document section by section is pretty heavy going but the knowledge and experience of the trainer helped.

This was a short introductory course put together short notice to cover Mental Capacity work. Fran was very knowable and good communicator. It would have been even better with more discussion, case examples and case studies but I recognise there was limited time.

Excellent training and filled a lot of the gaps. Trainer was brilliant and very knowledgeable.

Liane was really knowledgeable and extremely engaging throughout the course which made it much easier to digest and helped keep you interested. Thank you!

The course was excellent. I feel much more comfortable with being a witness for the first time. I would highly recommend the course.

A really useful course which will be massively helpful when attending Tribunal. Although very intense, the small number of participants and the engaging and knowledgeable trainer made it easy to follow and not feel left out. There was a lot of content and it has really improved my knowledge and skills but not sure I could score my skills more than 8 currently until I have put some of it into practice. Would happily do the course again.
