Excellent course. Very important for the nursing profession.
Great course. Good pre read, plenty of material to review to get a really good handle on the investigation. Enabled to do a "deep dive" into disclosure and really good to listen to the experience of other disclosure officers and the trials and tribulations they have encountered.
Really interesting and engaging course that makes you think about and apply the process, rather than simply read or hear about it. Very thought provoking on what we might do to continuously improve our processes.
