This is the second course I have taken with Fay and once again, she was brilliant.

Fay was a superb trainer, I am overawed by the detail of questioning and the amount of preparation this must have required to cover so many cross-examinations. Most impressive! Friendly, inclusive and responsive trainer, many thanks!
