Very well structured course. Excellent pacing and variation in terms of breaks, presentation sections and group activities. Trainer was very personable, engaging and excellent at getting everyone involved and providing constructive feedback, as well as communicating complex ideas in an articulate way. The final presentation activity was an excellent way to consolidate knowledge learnt.

I have ADHD and sometimes feel overwhelmed learning new things, especially when they are important, intense and my knowledge on the subject is minimal. But Jim was absolutely fantastic and explained everything really well. He was friendly and approachable and I felt comfortable asking when i didn't understand and not embarrassed. I remember things a lot easier when they are paired with examples/experiences. Jim had a wealth of experiences from his policing career which will help me recall so much more information than just reading from a print out. Thanks Jim. Keen to book on more with you after this!
