An excellent lecture. I can`t say any more.

Day one was excellent refresher along with new law/cases... was sometimes difficult keeping up with medical jargon but Jock explained in most cases - very good presenter

Where my role is concerned, the purpose of the course is to upskill dispute resolution throughout the council, and HR to assign potential disputes to us. A General view is required, so the question isn't required.

Thank you very much for today. A very helpful course. Although the subject is quite dry, it was made as interesting as possible and always good to have first hand examples and interesting stories of personal experiences :-)

Richard and Colin were both extremely knowledgeable within their fields and the training they provided. Whilst the course was held on Teams and not in person; the course was well structured and delivered. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and could visualise using the content in my field of work.
