Very engaging course. Lots to process but delivered in a logical and systematic way. Group size was nice as it enabled discussion and a degree of personalisation.
extremely interesting training which was all relevant. enjoyed the conversations and i think it worked really well with having a small group. it gave everyone a chance to engage and participate. Sue was a brilliant trainer-really knowledgeable.
Sue was very knowledable and there was a lot of thought provoking discsussions within the group.
Really useful course without being overwhelming. Fantastic resource support.
More practice about writing specific areas in breakout rooms would be good. Otherwise explained a great deal and answered most of my questions before the day
Excellent course. Once again, Nick made the morning interesting, engaging, and relevant to our profession.
thank you. I'll me there for the next training.
Phillip was patient and was engaging and interactive. He didn’t make us fall asleep and his teaching style was good
This is extremely helpful, and Philip Bond is an experienced, professional trainer. The interviewing skills and questioning techniques are absolutely useful.
