Really enjoyed it. Great conversations and added to my skills enormously.

1. We could have been told to read more before the course, may have helped. Some tests beforehand, I think would have helped. 2. Useful though; has given me some confidence on preparing and writing reports

Lots of learning. Would have preferred the time to review an example report.

Excellent to have the opportunity to put interview skills and planning into practice and to obtain feedback from such an experienced interviewer. The role play exercise was extremely realistic and enabled me to practice the skills and techniques that had been covered in the training.

Great delivery of material and very knowledgeable. great example, relatable and common sense.

I really enjoyed the course. Day two in the afternoon however was not of much benefit to me as I have done a lot of mental capacity act training in the past. The CHC part was extremely valuable

A very interesting course with an excellent trainer

Having noted that none of the attendants were involved with some legal issues, eg family law, this was still covered as it was part of the content.

Sue paces the course very well, explained in a way that we are able to follow and understand.

It would have been helpful to have had more course information prior to day 1. Perhaps the creation of a 'Course Handbook' to be distributed at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the course? So far the course has been very 'heavy' with little time (for me) to digest and reflect on the learning. More opportunities for group discussion would help me to learn and absorb information better. However, this could just be my learning style.
