I really liked the case of amara and how everything related back to her and her case. The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, quite inspiring really, and was always open to answer questions and provided a safe space to talk.

This was an excellent resource that held clarify a significant amount of practice in a solid base. Practice that was being done automatically is now clear with reasoning which will help decision making going forwards. Francesca was extremely insightful, her knowledge of N.I and English law allowed her to make comparisons which helped build a clear picture. All information was relayed clearly, there was a good spacing of breaks to keep engaged throughout the day and the structure of the days was very helpful

Really interesting information dump! And really necessary for my job. Really enjoyed learning about DoLS in more detail ad CHC, plus the different authorities people have with LPA, Deputyships or just being a relative. Thank you! The resources will be really helpful!

Lots of great anecdotes made the lesson engaging. The absence of a powerpoint was a welcome relief and did not detract at all.

This training I believe was integral to the role I have in the Police. The expectation to attend court and give evidence now seems less daunting because of this training.
