Max was an excellent trainer. Very open and knowledgeable, and made brilliant use of case studies and case law to help me understand the practical application of case law, and how the legislation has developed. Max took time to ask questions, re framed and checked that we were understanding the content of the course. Max was engaging. The use of breaks was well needed, as a lot of information to take in. The materials were broken down, and the use of the DOLS atlas was a good visual.

I found the level of detail in a completely new area of work for me, rather overwhelming at times. however Maxs delivery, the pace, his knowledge and his capacity to answer any question in an understandable way meant I was able to get to the end and feel I had really learnt a lot! I am looking forward to and terrified of completing my assignments in equal measures.

Lots to read now so need to have that time factored in - It would be good to be prepared for that as an instruction.
