Very detailed. Not all answers were obvious to the group. Needed explanation.

The course was definitely useful in helping me think about my approach to communication - I valued the peer feedback and group work particularly. I feel it would've been better to perhaps "rotate the strike" on the presentation section but appreciate the time difficulties with doing that. Overall great

Very interesting subject matter, tutor had very in-depth knowledge. He was very engaging and helpful. Found last quarter of course a bit heavy in legislation. I would have found this easier if I had been in the role for longer perhaps. over all, very good. Thank you.

Enjoyable session with Paul who is a great facilitator. Grateful for the time and space to actively reflect on such a vital soft skill.

A really helpful overview into the powers we hold and which regulations allow us to do certain things. I would say the 2nd half of the day was a little harder and not as engaging, but there were more case study questions and finding the correct answers was quite tricky, we did manage it, but I feel this is a section of the course that could do with being longer in some fashion.

Geraint was a brilliant trainer with an excellent ability to use case studies as examples to bring the learning to life - this really helped to understand and digest the information. Geraint was also really good at making the course relevant to our roles i.e. talking a lot about civil cases or things we might come across in our roles. This was really helpful.

Well delivered with most aspects relevant to my role.

I am more confident now to do presentation in court
