A very engaging day which provided numerous techniques for improving the way i work and engage with people. It was delivered in a positive entertaining and very informative manner which held my attention throughout the day. i would recommend the course to colleagues.

Very interesting course, the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Helpful to improve interviewing skills. It was mostly relevant to our role and gave us skills which could be used when we interview but was not PPO specific. Left the training feeling more confident in my interview skills.
