Really interesting course. The knowledge within the room was very varied but the Trainer kept everyone engaged:

Fay was very good at individualising the training to the many disciplines on the call and making time for questions, keeping it interesting and devoting time and energy to each of our role plays

The training was very informative and interesting. Learned things I was not aware off that I can now apply. I would recommend that this course is provided at the start of of someones training, especially if working in any of the FIS or RIS areas and a refresher due to the changes that can happen every 2 years

I did not enjoy the role play but the exercises were excellent and informative. Pleanty of opportunity for further reading.

Would prefer the course material to provide more case studies that we may consider when it comes to the assignment.

Jim is an excellent trainer, prior to the course anticipated a bland subject area (theory of interviewing) but Jim made the course interactive and interesting. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
