Well structured course with regular breaks!:) Good use of breakout rooms for group learning. A very dense topic made more relatable and understandable by a knowledgeable trainer with relevant anecdotes.

Jim was a brilliant trainer full of knowledge and expertise which will prove extremely valuable to my role as a Trading Standards Officer. I liked the inclusion of the quiz, the memory test and the observation game as it made training engaging but also cemented the knowledge learnt that day
