Good course and interesting stories

I really enjoyed the course. Patrick was excellent—professional, engaging, and highly knowledgeable. He made the sessions interactive and informative. The course material was very useful, and the practical aspects were well-structured, reinforcing key concepts effectively. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience.

An excellent course, which is in-line with all of the course days I have done with Bond-Solon. Comprehensive, clear and explained in plain straightforward terms that even a simple clinician like me can understand!

This was overall excellent. The one document " Guidance for the instruction of .." could easily be made more searchable with an index at the front. Once dowloaded and opened in dedicated pdf reader, an index would allow jumping to sections, in a similar way to the Part 35 and Practice directions docs have a section at the top with subject heading, clickable and allowing jump to. The exercises could have had more mixture of medical type examples, but then again, for us med characters, allows us to believe there are other parts to society :-). The engineers may benefit from medical exercises too though.

Fantastic course. Fay is the absolute best. I would recommend though that this course is marketed as the first course to take before doing other courses, especially for beginners who do not know where to start. This course lays the basic solid foundation that newbies can then build up on for other courses like cross examination and Report writing.

The trainer demonstrated exceptional expertise in disclosure, PACE, interviewing, and criminal procedure for prosecuting. They were not only knowledgeable and able to answer all questions but also took the time to understand each candidate’s specific field of expertise. This allowed them to tailor the subject matter to suit our needs. Throughout the course, the trainer was friendly, engaging, and made the learning experience enjoyable and relevant for everyone involved.
