Rhoda was very informative and provided real life case experiences which was very interesting and helpful to understand an ET in real life.

Enjoyable and interesting course which was well presented by Gavin. Demonstrated several tools which I didn't know were available to me in my role.

Wasn't able to complete some of the exercises due to IT issues. I think this would be more beneficial if it were delivered face to face

Found it a very long day, could be condensed into half a day possibly? Too much legal information that doesn’t necessarily relate to my role.

The role plays didn't really add anything to the course. They weren't explained very clearly and I didn't find it very useful.
