When Meena role modelled the questioning as the lawyer and as the social worker, it was very interesting, she made her points really clear and was respectful and understanding. The session was very relaxed and humorous. Very well managed.

I currently don't give supervision so this was a steep learning curve and has given me lots to think about and discuss with my colleagues who have also completed this course.

The course has really improved my knowledge and will have positive impact in delivering supervision and supporting staff within the trust.
