Really good training - the course length was right and the materials excellent

Very good course, which allows to build on new processes and build on my previous knowledge which can be put into practice for my everyday role writing reports.

It really changed my thinking and understanding, being ready with best questions, considering things we cannot 'see' but know, ensuring the voice of the child is paramount as well as considering the impact for families. I really enjoyed it and will share what I have learnt within my Team.

I thought it would be very dry from the pre-course information provided but very quickly the trainer identified the areas relevant to us so made it much easier to follow.

I find the subject matter interesting from a personal perspective anyway, but to supplement that on the professional side and understand how I can relate this to my role within the Authority was very useful. This was enhanced by Jim who was really interesting to listen to, and on the basis made it easier for me to understand the topics being discussed.
