Great session, very informative.

Patrick did a great job!!! Really enjoyed the interview section.

Emma is a fab trainer, really good pacing, making sure everyone was on the same page and had the chance to contribute to group feedback.

Overall, I found the course very engaging and insightful. I particularly valued the negotiation exercises, as they allowed me to reflect on my own techniques and identify areas for improvement. While the circumstances weren’t fully real-world since we were negotiating with fellow learners, the practice still provided useful feedback. I plan to use the course materials to build a more structured approach to negotiation and will explore further reading to continue developing my skills.
