This was a fantastic course, Rhodda was incredibly engaging, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the training for us to learn from. The delivery was informative and enjoyable. I feel much more comfortable with the thought of attending court to give evidence following this training course.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course which is very relevant to my new role. I felt the course went very fast as Jim held the interest of all the participants. He engaged with everyone and explained each topic thoroughly. His real life experiences of interviewing were particularly interesting. Excellent course and would highly recommend.
