The course was excellent. I feel much more comfortable with being a witness for the first time. I would highly recommend the course.

A really useful course which will be massively helpful when attending Tribunal. Although very intense, the small number of participants and the engaging and knowledgeable trainer made it easy to follow and not feel left out. There was a lot of content and it has really improved my knowledge and skills but not sure I could score my skills more than 8 currently until I have put some of it into practice. Would happily do the course again.

Really cool trainer

I enjoyed the training. I think it was very worthwhile and helpful to go through legislation. Although I utilise the legislation in my role, I will think more about which piece of legislation I am using specific to the cases I am supporting with. I will aim to document more, regarding which legislation is being utilised/referred to when writing patients records and supporting staff.

The trainer was really knowledgeable and the group exercises were fun
