Well structured course with good balance between content and engagement

Very in depth approach to negotiations and a very different perspective as the base on which we started, negotiations when first starting was more on the basis that they would need a TTP or are they just trying to avoid penalties, where as this course gave more techniques on how to gather information and assess the overall situations and the psychology behind it.

I really enjoyed taking part in this training. Wanted to say a huge thank you to James. Having a good trainer always makes a huge difference when learning and I felt the way he approached each topic was very manageable and easy to understand. A really interesting and insightful training that I feel will help in the work place and daily life.
