It is an information loaded course, so hard to be interactive. However I feel there were oppurtunities to be engaged. I felt like the importance of the information was reiterated, so this kept my interest.

I really enjoyed this course. Tim was an excellent trainer. I loved his delivery style. He pitched the information at the right level for me, highlighted significant areas, and his pace, summarisation and use of examples and anecdotes really brought the training to life and kept me engaged over the 2 days.
