Whilst I cannot say I enjoyed being cross-examined, it was invaluable in giving me an idea of what to expect in the witness box and also a safe environment to make mistakes.

John is a brilliant person. Very adaptable and amiable. He is very calming and supportive. The course varied in its content and delivery as I understood it changed from originally what it might have been, so great job getting it done. Even if we take away a few or several points, I believe we can more effectively communicate and understand other people.

Really enjoyed interactive sessions were really supportive and helped me to gain skills and knowledge.

Feel like this training should be offered early in your career with the NHS so that you have the knowledge to record information correctly from the outset. This far exceeds any training I have received since joining the trust about the legal process and why it is so important to record information in a clear, intelligible and accurate way.
