Interesting and about the right length & duration

Was interesting and learned quite a bit. Well organised and liked the frequent breaks to break things up.

As above I was very impressed with our trainer Ren, the content was interesting very relevant, and presented in a way that was manageable and relevant. She was also very friendly and approachable, thank you :)

Great course with lots of useful information to apply on our role, explained in an understandable manner for people without previous knowledge like myself. Dynamic and participative. When there were questions out of Karen's experience or knowledge, she pointed those experts that would be able to answer them.

Very useful 2-days. Covered a lot of content but Richard helped to make the learning interesting and engaging.

Fantastic. Only improvement would be to have new breakout rooms each time to get to meet different people and the benefit of different experiences from students.
