Approach to delivery of the lecture was really good
The workshop was useful and I learned a lot. Our trainer is great and if he had some more local government examples he would be even better. The main feedback about our trainer, Patrick is that he has lots of stories to tell to illustrate points of practice however there were too many used overall, and too many that weren’t relevant to our work. It felt a little unstructured and we could have done with more practice and less talking.
Richard was very knowledgeable and made the information heavy days pass as quickly as possible.
The case studies sometimes contain a lack of info which leads to interpreting the scenario which could be wrong, this could be a bit more specific.
Really enjoyed this course, the sessions were really useful and pitched at the right level. The exercises were relevant and thought provoking, generating much discussion. Shabana was an excellent facilitator, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for the subject, which in turn led to good engagement from the entire cohort.
The training is one of the most useful, relevant, and engaging courses I attend as a professional. I particularly like the structure which helps to curb boredom and mental fatigue.
