Very easy to follow - no concerns re information overload - a summary PDF document would probably be helpful but I note that a guide PDF is provided albeit much more detailed
I have learnt quite a lot of technics as well as information that serves as guidance. Very useful
I still have a lot to learn, but feel I have the framework to do this now. The teacher clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Able to relate the subject matter to be generally applicable, but also to my specific field.
I have done the course previously but a number of years ago and I think it was too early in my career and I was not actually an expert. Much more relevant to me now. I have increased knowledge now that is relevant for me
It really showed me how to put together a report and I am more confident of my capability going forward.

Great course, learnt a huge amount, especially how to conduct an interview using PACE principles
This was a well timed course for me, a refresher in some areas and new learning in others. I definitely feel my notes will help me apply the knowledge
