The training was engaging, and the trainer made the session interactive, which helped keep my attention and made the learning process much easier.

The training is very relevant to our role and would be useful for all inspectors in CIW. It is good to have a refresher on some aspects of note taking and learn some things from new. It is good for new inspectors to know what is expected of them and the importance of note taking as applied to potentially legal situations.

the last part of the course needs to be done in person not online, but was helpful to understand how to defend myself
