The training was very easy and simple to follow, only thing i would maybe suggest is to have the role plays catered more to our roles rather than scenarios we aren't in. But they were really eye opening. I feel Solon did an amazing job going through every point and teaching us the values of negotiations.

The training session had a lot of knowledge and insight into the work we do and how all subject areas apply.

Excellent session. I did not think this would have much impact upon the knowledge I have already gained over 7 years as an investigator, but I was proved wrong.

Really enjoyed the day. It was heavy going but that is the subject matter. Sue explained things very well and broke this down into examples and then linked it into the documentation which was invaluable. Course materials to be shared will be an excellent point of reference for future practice.

Helpful references to legislation and case law and reminders about fundamental principles and processes. Good balance of reflective exercises with the taught material to consolidate the information which was taught. Strong on references to sections of the Mental Capacity Act, Case Law and other legislation, policy, codes and procedures Overall beneficial for professional development improving knowledge and skills as signatory.
