Really interesting and the trainer is great. Lots to learn in a short space of time and not suitable to current role. A more tailored approach is needed.

Very good course very good facilitator, not too happy with course video

The main problem was that the Zoom link was disconnected twice and it wasted time.

This was a really interesting and stimulating course, even though there were technical difficulties. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping everything together, despite the technical challenges. I felt really comfortable to ask questions, and very safe to share experiences. Thanks so much Lisa for your knowledge and expertise. You are an incredible presenter!

We had some technical difficulties in the early stages with meeting links not working, however, Lisa still delivered the content really well. Nicely paced and not arduous, very informative, thank you!
