Excellent course, very informative, and all modules well delivered.

This course is excellent. It gives a solid foundation on the basics of civil law and procedures that are applicable to medical legal / other civil claims. It gives a more in depth understanding of an expert witnesses roles and responsibilities with example's of problems expert witnesses have encountered before. It is interactive allowing you to work through examples and cases in teams and it is nice to meet other people with different backgrounds. Thoroughly recommend to anybody who is planning on being an expert witness.

really good course thank you, I learnt a lot and found the time was well broken up to keep us engaged. probably helped by only having a limited number (11) delegates on the course. Good to have people from different backgrounds involved to offer objective thoughts on their perspective and experiences.

Lots of information to take in but an interesting and informative two days. Could one of the exercises feature multiple choice questions so candidates have an idea of what to expect in the exam?
