I absolutely loved this session, it exceeded my expectations. The trainer is very experienced and knowledgeable. I gained valuable insights into negotiation techniques, including the CORE model and strategies for accelerating trust. It was also enlightening to explore the concept of lateral thinking. One key takeaway was the importance of understanding who is involved in the negotiation, recognising their personalities, and tailoring your approach accordingly. This awareness is crucial for building rapport and achieving successful outcomes.

Well presented Hope you don't get a twisted view of the Food Standards Agency. But the National Food Crime Unit investigate Serious Fraud and kindred offences not food safety
