Very good session. I feel like the trainer was good at keeping the room engaged and overall learnt a lot.

Beneficial learning which will aid the officers present in report writing/witness statements during housing inspections.

I found this a very enjoyable course, made easier due to small classroom size and the trainers approach to making learning around the court environment a relaxed experience. The trainers ability to normalise the court process for those of us without this experience where otherwise it may have felt overwhelming was very appreciated.

Really useful training.

Really enjoyable and relevant course. The day went very quickly! It was useful to hear the experiences and challenges of the other delegates. Nick was an excellent tutor, couldn't fault him at all.
