This is an insightful course that will help me to know that my documentation is a very crucial part of my job.

Very interested and eye opening course

A fabulous 2 days of training. The trainer was excellent and the skills learnt were invaluable.

I’ve just completed all modules, except report writing, this week and it has been intense. There has been a degree of repetition, and I wonder if the course could be condensed to 4 days rather than 5. However the results in the CUBS assessment will speak for themselves!

Friendly and professional trainer who covered the course material well and signposted to other sources of information.

A tough subject, excellently delivered - Meena was engaging throughout - and also never missed a raised hand or chat comment - including everyone respectfully, made breakout rooms work well (I usually hate them!!). Really impressed - and now have to sort all the information I have been given so I can apply it in practice. I know delivering online training is draining - hats off to you, Meena, thank you so much!!
