Great lectures. Faye is an excellent trainer. I don't know if powerpoint type presentation would help it flow more easily. Day two was quite dense, and rolling straight into an hour exam was mildly daunting (even though it was short and open book). (60 minutes was more than enough for 15 questions)

Nick Deal managed the course pace well and answered the questions well and enabled course attendees to explore and understand the realities and practicalities as well as the theory
