A really engaging & informative session without the fear of interrogation! which aided learning, space to identify gaps & potential risks in your own analytical approach, whilst learning alternative approaches from others.

This was an excellent training session which included teaching and interaction. Max managed to set out the background and then narrow the topic down to the crucial area of difficulty focused around young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and the challenges in negotiating funding for appropriate support. This has opened my eyes to the various different approaches which can be taken to hold other agencies, namely health, to account around their responsibilities in funding and importantly commissioning support for young people which I was not properly aware of before.
